A cup of morning coffee followed by some yoga – that’s how I like my mornings! I decided to do a 30 day yoga challenge for stress relief and to improve my flexibility and balance. I’ve been doing it for about one week now and I’m already feeling the difference, both physically and mentally. I’m used to taking the Bodybalance class (which is based on yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates), but I’ve never really focused on doing just yoga, and since I ended my gym membership some time ago I really wanted to find an alternative to Bodybalance. So, after discovering an online yoga challenge (check it out HERE) I decided to give it a try and I’m already extremely happy that I did. It will be interesting to see how this experience changes me and I truly recommend it to everyone else as well! It’s definitely better to kick-start that healthy lifestyle now rather than wait for these same old New Year’s resolutions which, as we all know, are extremely hard to keep. :)
